Processing Information
Orders are sent into processing within 24 hours of ordering. Know that we allow a slight delay in case customers have made errors during the ordering process. After that, your orders are reviewed and created within 1-5 days, depending on complexity. Typically, for simple orders, your item will ship within 3 days, so by the 4th day from the order, but for a more complex item, it may take an additional 1-2 days to get that out to shipping.
Shipping Information
Shipping time will be added to the processing time and is typically between 3 and 7 days, US. This may vary depending on location, such as in Hawaii or Alaska. Also, expect delays during certain critical events, such as adverse weather events that influence transit on a national scale, or nationally recognized holidays.
Know that delivery dates are often estimates, meaning that they are the best predication of delivery at the time viewed. On average, they are at least as good as the predication date. We are unable to provide a complete guarantee on delivery dates as don’t control the shipping and logistics services. We will work with you if issues arise that are within the control of CBWT.
Note: Please make sure that your address has been entered correctly during checkout to avoid any potential shipping issues.
Return Policy
Currently we do not accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. If you do have a unique set of circumstances and need help with your order or delivered item, we will work with you to rectify it, but know that I’m limited in what we can do after a package is handed to the shipping companies.

What if my item arrives broken?
Please message us ASAP so that we can work on rectifying this. It may be possible to send a replacement item, but to do so, you’ll need to email a copy of the broken item.
Photos are required for insurance purposes. Notifications over 7 days past the date of delivery may be denied.
Wholesale and Bulk Orders
We can accommodate bulk orders, yet please email well in advance so we can work out how to process your request.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalized orders can be done per request. Please send an email well in advance of when you need the item so we can work something out.
I accidentally input the wrong address! Or, package could not be delivered.
If your order has not yet shipped, please let us know ASAP so we can make the adjustment on your order.
If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, there’s not much that can be done. If you have a forwarding address setup with your local post office your package should forward to your new address, but this is outside of our control.
If a package arrives at a previous or old address, you will need to contact the current owner of that address and rectify it with then. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that address information is correct before submitting an order.
My package says it was delivered, but I don’t have it. Can you help?
Unfortunately, there isn’t much we can do in this situation. This will need to be rectified with the shipping company.
It is best to reach out directly to your local post office with the tracking number- they log all transit of shipped items and can often trace the order through processing gates or through automated photos that are taken of the item during transit.
It is also recommended to either check with a neighbor, maybe a package was stolen, or also if you have a security camera, hopefully video footage on the supposed day of delivery is available.
Ultimately, it is the post office’s responsibility to locate your package. If they are unable to help you locate it, you will have to file a lost mail claim with them directly.
